The cottage is situated in rolling countryside at Milngavie, just outside of Bearsden. It is approximately 10 miles north of Glasgow city centre and approximately 20 miles from Loch Lomond.
The accommodation, all on ground floor (level access at rear), comprises: lounge/dining room/kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 5 ft double bed and extensive wardrobe and cupboard space, bathroom with shower over double width 3⁄4 bath, toilet & basin and a sauna.
